Precision injection molding
Precision injection molding is a process that can produce a variety of complex products. there are two indicators for precision injection molding: one is the precision of the equipment and the other is the precision of the mold. The tolerance of common injection molding machine is about 1%, while the precision of the mold needs to be done by high precision mold processing equipment, in addition to the experience of engineers and technicians. Another very important factor is the mold design. Professional mold design can avoid warping and deformation in advance.
Impact List
(1) Shrinkage rate of plastic.
(2) The shape and size of the product.
(3) The precision of the molded plastic part.
(4) The precision of mold processing.
(5) The injection molding machine has high precision requirements for the product.

While the molds themselves are similar, part quantities, lifetime maintenance, quality documentation, and pricing vary depending on which service option is chosen. The right one depends on your project needs.
How Does Plastic Injection Molding Work?
Plastic injection molding is a process in which plastic pellets are formed and injected into molds to form the desired shape. The plastic melts in a chamber and reaches a specified temperature, so the injection time has to be calculated correctly. Once the desired shape is achieved, the plastic pellets are cooled, and the mold is opened. An ejection bar is then used to force the solid plastic part out of the open cavity.
