How to make product innovation
First of all, product innovation needs to be designed on the basis of in-depth understanding of users and business, and reasonable optimization and improvement of product functions to open up the market and establish a good brand reputation through product innovation. The design and innovation of business model can be accomplished through two aspects: user experience and business process design.
• Business process design includes: the whole product supply chain, creating a business flow chart with partners and different types of customers and then designing the cooperation model with them, the distribution of benefits, ensuring the feasibility of each link and how to expect the benefits, after completing the basic business process model, user experience design is needed under this model.
• User experience design refers to whether the product can solve the needs of users, and the design of various scenarios for the product to improve the design of product functions. Then why is business process design, as a prerequisite for product innovation? This is because the business process is designed to ensure that the product can enter the market smoothly and gain certain benefits.
• Product innovation is a long process of continuous improvement based on user feedback and adjustments. True innovation is getting better and better through these improvements.

Individual research and brainstorming of solutions
Compilation of leading solutions for presentation to customer
Customer review of solutions, and incorporation of feedback into files
Creation of 3D CAD files, with an emphasis on engineering for manufacturing
Presentation of 3D CAD files to customer
Iteration of 3-D CAD, based on function tests and/or client evaluation
Prototyping of the revised 3-D CAD geometry
After the customer confirms the sample, XIAOLIN will produce the product
Because of the initial capital investment in tooling, injection molding makes sense for higher volumes of parts. Our mold cost starts at $1,000 and will vary depending on part geometry and complexity. Other factors that will impact injection molding cost are lead times and material.
We manufacture molds, in fact, we are a one-stop factory from product design to mass production of plastic products.
We have two kinds of production molds, one is the simple mold only takes about 10 days, the product material for this is limited to ABS and PA, but it is disposable, the other mold is the standard mold, according to the material and process to determine the time, generally between 25 days to 30 days.
